WHAT THE PROFESSIONALS SAY...
“The Elbow Friend helps to reduce the pressure placed onto the elbow and forearm when seated in a desk chair.
This in turn may help reduce discomfort felt from long periods of time spent seated doing desk work.
Relieving this pressure point area may help reduce numbness and tingling in the forearm and/or hands which
sometimes occurs with long periods of desk work. I found it to be especially effective when using a computer
mouse. Your body weight is usually shifted into the opposite non-mouse using arm/hand during this task. If
that arm is resting on the armrest the Elbow Friend will reduce this pressure point, which may provide a
longer more comfortable work session.”
